Methodology
- Pre-implementation Scoping - Scoping out the requirements after an in-depth study of existing business processes
- Project Planning – working on the project plan and fixing time schedules to tasks
- Requirement Gathering – gathering the current requirements of the client
- Solution Foot Print Design - where in we work out various possible solutions for clients to choose from
- Build the system - wherein the solution is implemented on a trial basis
- Conduct the Super User Training - which includes providing training and user manuals to users and making them use the system
- Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) 1..2..3 - wherein the prototype of the solution is tested before performing a full implementation, and the users are made to test the system for a period of time, and reports are made for the client’s satisfaction
- Deploy or "Go Live" – consists of data migration wherein existing data is moved into the new system, and the system is used
- Post GO-Live Support - providing training and user manuals to users and continuing support.
